About this Product
For us, one of the most sorely under-appreciated woodworking tools are dividers. These simple devices are the difference between designs that are pleasing and those that are dull β or even awkward. And, like all our favorite woodworking tools, dividers eschew mathematics.
So when we tried to decide what symbol should represent Lost Art Press, the decision was easy. We used the dividers from Joseph Moxon's "Mechanick Exercises" and have emblazoned it on our books, our business cards, our T-shirts and now our hats.
These hats are about as nice as you'll find. We hate cheap hats. Manufactured by Adams Headwear, these "cool-crown" hats have a 100-percent Nylon mesh lining inside a 100-percent cotton shell. The hat is adjusted using a brass clasp and leather band.
These hats, made in China, are khaki; the embroidered dividers are black and are stitched in Indiana.
